Post-Sale Adjustments and Custom Setups
All of our classical guitars are extensively examined by us before shipment. They ship out in the best condition possible, and as expected given the price range of the instrument.
An example of a post-sale adjustment would be correcting a fret buzz caused by the climate in your area. A custom setup would be raising or lowering the action to suit your playability preferences. We don't do custom setups here because our climate is much different than other parts of the U.S., and work we do could be nullified by your area's climate.
To receive reimbursement for a post-sale adjustment or custom setup, the problem must first be confirmed with a phone call to your classical guitar technician. The amount is negotiated on a case-by-case basis upon examination of a valid receipt.
We reserve the right to request a return of a classical guitar if the cost of an adjustment or set up is excessive.
