Free Certification and Adjustment on Classical Guitars
This service applies to guitars costing more than $1000.
A world-class luthier inspects the guitar you order before we ship it to you, and makes any necessary adjustments.
If the guitar does not meet the luthier's standards, the guitar is returned to the manufacturer, and another guitar will be ordered for you.
This process, which can cost up to up $150, ensures that the instrument you receive operating up to specifications, and exhibits its full potential in terms of sound quality, intonation and playability.
Below the $1000 price point, the cost of the inspection is $50, plus fees for adjustments.
