Price Matching Policy
In most cases, we can match or beat any reasonable price.
All guitars of the same make and model are not equal, however, and this is factor in our decision. For example, consider the following classes of instruments:
■ Brand-new, current year stock
■ "Old-new stock" (may have been passed over by numerous customers
because of poor sound quality)
■ "Scratch and dent" or "blemished"
■ "B" stock (usually has cosmetic defects, may have minor structural defects)
We will usually beat a competitor's price on equivalent instrument.
If our instrument is higher on the list above, we will usually match competitor's price.
If a competitor is offering an unreasonable, rock-bottom price, you should be suspicious.
